Processing of personal data in Casa Montalbano srl
WHAT IS THE PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT
This statement is made pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 and subsequent national compliance legislation (hereinafter, collectively "GDPR") and describes how the company Casa Montalbano srl (referred to under "Data Controllers" below, jointly in this statement " Casa Montalbano srl ") collects and processes personal data of users or customers through its websites, in particular www.casamontalbano.it ("Sites" or "Site"), physical stores, or more generally whenever express reference is made to this Privacy Policy.
The term "personal data" means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person. For example, personal data are name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier. Casa Montalbano srl may amend, supplement, or update this Policy from time to time, including in consideration of any changes in applicable law or orders issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
Data are processed for the following purposes:
(a) On the basis of contractual necessity in order to:
manage orders and carry out related activities (e.g.: customer sales and after-sales support, communications with the customer on the status of the order, responses to his or her inquiries, management of payments, etc.)
manage the account of users in case of registration to the Sites in order to use the related services;
allow the adherence to specific and additional services from time to time requested by the user (e.g. registration to courses held at Casa Montalbano srl offices);
manage product shipments and create waybills;
follow up on specific user requests (e.g. consider an application submitted by you through the "Work with Us" section or otherwise).
b) On the basis of the consent expressed by the user, collected from time to time specifically, in order to carry out market research, as well as to contact the user and send commercial communications and promotional offers, additional to the sending of Newsletters described below, regarding the products, services and/or events of Casa Montalbano srl, by SMS, telephone, paper mail or other means, including through a prior analysis of consumer behavior aimed at personalizing commercial messages.
Following the making of a purchase on the Sites, you will receive the Newsletter regarding similar products or services offered on the Sites (specifically, the Online Store newsletter at www.casamontalbano.it ). This is without prejudice to the user's right to object to such processing from the outset (i) via the appropriate link at the end of each email, (ii) by modifying his or her preferences from the "My Account" section on the Sites, or (iii) by means of the contacts set forth below under the "Data Subject Rights" section.

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point (a) above, as necessary to give effect to the sale and delivery of products and services purchased or for registration on the Sites is mandatory and refusal to provide the personal data being processed makes it impossible to perform the services requested in relation to the purchase of goods and services on the Sites.
CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED BY Casa Montalbano ltd.
Below is a description of the categories of data we process:

c) THIRD PARTY PROFILING COOKIES FOR MARKETING/RETARGETING: these are cookies from third-party companies that allow the collection of information about the user to allow more specific and/or personalized promotional communication towards the user. They include cookies relating to the insertion of advertising banners on the Sites relating to third-party companies or the products chosen or viewed by the user, or similar or similar products. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
